Our complete range of hydraulic presses for compression, transfer, and injection molding of rubber components ensure we meet diverse customer needs. With in-house rubber mixing and sheet making facilities powered by high-capacity presses, we cover every aspect of rubber manufacturing. Our microprocessor-controlled precision metering machines boast impressive capacity, and our rubber injection molding presses range from 150T (600 gm shot weight) to 400T (1600 gm shot weight). Additionally, we have a dedicated facility for manufacturing nylon and wire-braided hoses.
Our casting shop is a marvel of modern engineering, equipped to produce high-end ADI castings with a tensile strength of 1200 MPa. The shop features an automatic sand preparation plant, core-making machine, molding machines, induction furnaces, and automated heat treatment furnace. We also have in-house fettling and shot blasting facilities. Our test shop includes sand testing facilities, a spectrometer, a microscope, a linear reciprocating tribometer for friction and wear rate testing, and other essential equipment.
Our spring shop is designed to produce high-quality springs using round bars as raw material. We can manufacture springs up to 30 mm in diameter and have comprehensive facilities for heat treatment and testing of both raw materials and finished springs. The spring line includes end tapering, coiling, and end grinding machines, as well as advanced heat treatment systems. Our testing arsenal features spectrometers, scragging machines, and additional equipment to ensure every spring meets the highest standards.
